We are strategic managers
We are strategic managers
The delivery of complex change and innovation projects is our core discipline. We utilise deep expertise in a variety of commercial functions to make sure our work brings great value to our clients.

Originating from the utilities industry, with a strong foundation in sustainability, we have evolved alongside network utilities as new technology has disrupted their traditional models commercially and technologically.

This combination of management theory and technical depth make us a great partner for traditional organisations going through change.
ICPM Director
Tim Middlehurst
ICPM was founded by Tim in 2014 as a means to provide meaningful support to strategic projects in the energy industry.

Since then, Tim has built the company - it's identity and it's capability - while supporting a range of projects both here in NZ & abroad.

Our areas of focus
Deep technical knowledge complements our project and strategic ability.
Energy systems
Integrating new energy technologies

As the energy sector redesigns itself around us, considerable opportunity exists for our clients to review the way they meet their energy needs - through self-generation, demand management, increased technical efficiency, and an evolving relationship with the grid itself!
Smart cities
Connected devices for better cities

The term 'smart' cities refers to the network of interconnected devices that now exists throughout our cities. This technological category bridges all municipal needs - from energy, water, transport & waste, to security, health, entertainment and much further.
Smart transport
Electrition & automation of transport systems

With recent development in the efficiency of vehicle drivetrains and battery technology, electric vehicles are poised to join the mainstream. With vehicle automation already evolving, automated transport is just a step behind, and promises to redefine the way we live our lives.
Wastewater management
Protecting our rivers, streams and waterways.

With wide-reaching implications for the environment and regional economies, wastewater management is an area with great potential for societal benefit.
As the global population grows, our ability to continue to support ourselves is contingent on our ability to extract and reuse minerals and resources from our waste streams.
